For this reason, the objective of this work is to summarize the background of the OHSMP identified in the international literature, for which a literature search was carried out in databases such as Science Direct, Hindawi Publishing Corporation, Emerald, Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing (MDPI), American Society of Civil Engineers ASCE, European Proceedings of Social & Behavioural Sciences and African Journals Online among others. For the analysis of the information, a summary matrix and a frequency graph were elaborated to identify the OHSMP keys in this investigation in which they stood out: training, management, and leadership commitment; communication and feedback; worker participation; safety policy; safe work procedures; safety promotion; risk assessment; and safety planning.
