Résumé:The text in question is called “Comparative Education: International and National Theoretical and Empirical Trends”, a very illustrative name for the document itself and a significant contribution to the discussion of this academic field, comparative education, which never before is now, in through widespread migration to distance education systems as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which according to UNESCO has left a third of the world's girls and boys without the human right to education, and which in Mexico according to the SEP could mean the abandonment of 628 thousand children from basic education.
