In any study on the quality of life in urban centers, it is essential to collect information from people who live, allowing us to know the current state that presents the city of Rioverde, S.L.P., regarding exposure to noise in its various dimensions: satisfaction, sources of noise, interference and discomfort, as well as the relationship between them and the sociodemographic characteristics of individuals, to give an diagnosis to those involved to take appropriate action. En todo estudio sobre la calidad de vida en los centros urbanos, es fundamental recabar la información de las personas que los habitan; esta investigación permite conocer el estado actual que presenta la ciudad de Rioverde, San Luis Potosí, con respecto a la exposición al ruido ambiental en sus diferentes dimensiones que son satisfacción, fuentes de ruido, interferencias y molestias, así como la relación que existe entre ellas y las características sociodemográficas de las personas, con el fin de poder emitir un diagnóstico que permita tomar a los involucrados las medidas pertinentes.
