Omschrijving
Samenvatting:The purpose of this communication is to present an overview of the reasons why in the current context it is necessary to promote entrepreneurial training, especially in higher education students. The first part of the paper presents how the economic, political and technological transformations of recent decades impact labor markets, transforming labor and organizational processes, forms of internal and external labor and productive organization, mechanisms for hiring and permanence of personnel and services. This generates demands on higher education institutions in relation to the identification of the competencies demanded of professionals in the context of flexible labor markets. It’s evident that in the face of the lack of employment opportunities in this global context and in the face of the continuous transition of employment status - which goes from dependence to independence or vice versa - in the labor market, entrepreneurship begins to be seen as an opportunity to achieve self-employment, that is, the generation of work itself.
