Comparative methodology is used since it makes possible to manage the essentials of elected categories, to see absences, similarities, and differences to find tendencies leading to reflections about innovation, inclusion and ICT. It is concluded that the symbiosis generated among education, innovation, inclusion and technology, as well as their insertion on national agendas are complex processes that pose a series of challenges for cultural, social and economic fields of the inner development of the countries El objetivo de este artículo es presentar un análisis de las políticas educativas planteadas en tres planes estratégicos de educación, correspondientes a los países latinoamericanos de Belice, Guatemala y Honduras, teniendo en consideración que estas naciones han sustentado sus agendas educativas con las propuestas supranacionales, vinculando sus metas y lineamientos con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030 de la UNESCO, en donde se destaca la importancia de presentar en los programas formativos aspectos relacionados con la innovación, la inclusión y las TIC. Se hace uso de la metodología comparada, en tanto que posibilita reprimir y revitalizar todas las esencialidades de las categorías elegidas, ver aquello que no está ahí para descubrir sus semejanzas y diferencias para encontrar tendencias, guiando hacia una reflexión sobre el punto de vista de comparación, para lo cual se definieron tres categorías de análisis: innovación, inclusión y, TIC. Se concluye que la simbiosis generada entre educación, innovación, inclusión y tecnología, así como su inserción en las agendas nacionales, es compleja y representa una serie de desafíos que impactan en los ámbitos culturales, sociales y económicos, para su pleno desarrollo al interior de cada país.
