Summary:The purpose of this article is the analysis of educational policies included in tree educational strategic plans corresponding to Belize, Guatemala, and Honduras, considering that theses countries have built their agendas based on supranational proposals, linking their aims to the Sustainable Development Goals of the agenda UNESCO 2030, underlining the importance of formative aspects related to innovation, inclusion, and ICT. Comparative methodology is used since it makes possible to manage the essentials of elected categories, to see absences, similarities, and differences to find tendencies leading to reflections about innovation, inclusion and ICT. It is concluded that the symbiosis generated among education, innovation, inclusion and technology, as well as their insertion on national agendas are complex processes that pose a series of challenges for cultural, social and economic fields of the inner development of the countries
