Behavioral skills in multidimensional aspects affected by the development of soft skills associated with learning skills, supported these days with continuous education e-learning prepare the student for life, conjugated the knowledge of meaningful learning. The design of professional curricular proposals based on models of professionalization of a productive system demand technical, systematic, relational and contingency response dimensions, requiring the student’s skills, abilities, attitudes and necessary knowledge that reflect the obtaining of competences obtained from the teaching process-learning; therefore, the need to identify and relate the skills to learn in the development of university students as part of their identity. La cultura y la educación inciden en forma directa en el ejercicio de habilidades en los jóvenes, de ahí la necesidad de tomar una responsabilidad docente centrado en el desarrollo de las mismas, ejerciendo metodología educacional basada en competencias considerando factores que condicionan tal hecho: características personales, psicológicas, demográficas; dichas habilidades permiten no solo competencias y talentos a nivel personal, sino profesional afectando toda la etapa educacional, por ello, es primordial la formación educativa en este aspecto, es decir, resultados finales referidos en productividad a través de puentes de procesos mentales aplicados a una enseñanza adaptativa. Las habilidades conductuales en aspectos multidimensionales afectadas por el desarrollo de habilidades blandas asociadas a las habilidades para aprender, apoyadas éstas hoy en día con educación continua e-learning preparan al alumno para la vida, conjugados los saberes del aprendizaje significativo. El diseño de propuestas curriculares profesionales en base a modelos de profesionalización de un sistema productivo demandan dimensiones técnicas, sistemáticas, relacionales y de respuesta a contingencia, requiriendo del alumno destrezas, habilidades, actitudes y conocimientos necesarios que reflejan la obtención de competencias obtenidas del proceso enseñanzaaprendizaje; por tal motivo, la necesidad de identificar y relacionar las habilidades para aprender en el desarrollo de los jóvenes universitarios como parte de su identidad, es primordial.
