| Zusammenfassung: | This is an analysis of some defensive barriers to learning affecting knowledge management. A study was conducted to identify defensive barriers to learning in students and teachers of the School of Commerce and Business Administration in the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas. Results show that barriers affect studen´s knowledge management. There are some recommendations about the implementation of learning strategies to break down such barriers. |
