Description
Summary:The impact of new technologies on education has been paradigmatic in the Information Society. The new didactic demands have caused great changes in the way in which the media produce and distribute their educational contents. The satisfaction of these new demands for information from the Education Sector is not possible without a firm commitment to ICT and the appropriate professional teams. The incorporation of information and communication technologies in the classrooms of educational centers is a necessary and urgent measure that will help in the learning and teaching process. This implies a heavy expenditure for teacher training and updating as well as an endowment of integral infrastructure that is fully justified if they are employed in the correct manner. This article relates ICT management to education and its impact on inequality and educational inclusion, seeking to reduce the causes of social, economic and educational inequality, as they are more inclusive in access to quality schooling through these new tools in school organizations, such as ICT, which in the future will have to adapt more to the fight against social and educational inequality.
