The present work proposes a perspective from the exact sciences, particularly from artificial intelligence, which allows the different elements such as the linguistic part, the numerical part and the human part to be combined within the same approach. This proposal presents a comprehensive concept of the organization that allows the evaluation of the human process in a more accurate and appropriate way to the current circumstances of the global socio-economic environment. La falta de consenso que se encuentra en la definición de que es la organización, ha provocado que se establezcan conceptos desde diferentes perspectivas. El presente trabajo plantea una perspectiva desde las ciencias exactas, particularmente desde la inteligencia artificial, que permite que se puedan acoplar dentro de un mismo planteamiento los diferentes elementos como la parte lingüística, la parte numérica y la parte humana. En esta propuesta se presenta un concepto integral de la organización que permite la evaluación del proceso humano de manera más exacta y adecuada a las circunstancias actuales del entorno socioeconómico mundial.
